Role Summary

We are recruiting

An HSE Manager (M/F) North East region as part of a permanent contract.

Based in Dunkirk.

Reporting to the HSE Department, you will develop, implement and deploy the group's HSE programs on the Dunkirk site as well as on the sites in the North-East region (Reims, La Maxe, Strasbourg), with some travel in the center of France. [Numerous trips to be planned on the sites]

You will implement all actions to reduce professional risks through proactive approaches to employees and managers, and you will decline, with the Agency Director, the cultural change policy.

You enjoy working with teams in the field. Rigorous, you know how to lead projects and you have experience of high safety standards.

Responsibilities

Your missions will be

  • Guarantee compliance with Group rules
  • Manage the achievement of HSE objectives and performance measures
  • Communicate HSE expectations and requirements, provide HSE information and explain corrective and preventive action plans
  • Help develop communication supports to highlight risks and incidents
  • Promote the use of our HSE and risk management information systems
  • Establish and support standardized risk assessment and management processes across all laboratories
  • Promote and effectively use the risk identification and management process across laboratories
  • Develop and use performance indicators, analysis and data processing to monitor and establish action plans
  • Complete internal and external HSE compliance reports and analyze HSE data and reporting trends
  • Participate in and/or conduct self-assessments and/or HSE audits

Ensure monitoring and regulatory compliance of laboratories and activities.

Requirements

  • You have a Master's degree or equivalent in a scientific, engineering or HSE discipline. You have at least 4/5 years of successful professional experience in HSE in an industrial environment (if possible petroleum sector, chemicals, or equivalent).
  • You are proactive, enthusiastic in the field of operations, educational, pugnacious.
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite for the position.
  • knowledge of MASE is a real plus
