Role Summary

Required professional experience

A)

at least 12 months of experience gained in the last 10 years before the deadline for submitting offers in the implementation of 1 or 2 tasks including construction or reconstruction or renovation or construction supervision

  • or reconstruction or renovation of a Building with a work value of at least PLN 155,000,000 net each, in the position(s):
  • a position with responsibilities including handling claims or Contract Engineer or Resident Engineer
  • or
  • B)

at least 60 months of experience gained in the last 10 years before the deadline for submitting offers in managing, on behalf of the Investor, the implementation of tasks including construction or reconstruction or

renovation of roads or streets class min. GP dual carriageway with a works value of at least PLN 155,000,000 net in the position/positions:

The director of the Investor's organizational unit or the Director or Deputy Director of the investment implementation department or the Head or person in charge of the Department/Team for investment implementation or the Project Manager or Claims Analysis Specialist.

Description of the job offer

preparing contractual correspondence, including those related to time and financial claims and changes to contracts

analysis of contract terms (including FIDIC), provisions of the ToR and contract documents in terms of possible risks and circumstances enabling the submission of contract claims

  • Support for the contract engineer in activities aimed at minimizing the effects of encountered implementation difficulties
  • Supporting the contract engineer in activities aimed at securing the contract with evidence and documents in the event of a possible court dispute
  • Participation in meetings on the construction site (Construction Councils, negotiations)
  • Creating reports and correspondence registers
  • Team support in preparing private and court opinions
