Role Summary

We are looking for candidates for the position

• Operator in the Service Assistance Center
• Place of work: Warszawa Mokotów (company headquarters)
• Working system: 24h or 12h

The person in this position will be responsible for supporting our clients in the operation of security systems, checking the efficiency of transmitting and receiving devices and remote assistance to technicians in the operation and installation of our systems.

We are looking for people

• with technical skills
• with proficient computer skills, MS Office, instant messaging,
• available and flexible,
• engaged and willing to learn,
• with knowledge of English at communicative level (minimum B2),

no criminal record.

Welcome

basic knowledge of the operation/construction of technical/electronic security systems,

experience in a similar position,

experience in the call center industry.

Responsibilities

• remote assistance for key and individual clients,
• support in diagnosing problems, failures and other faults in security systems,
• assistance to technicians on site during installation, service or maintenance,
• cooperation with the team to ensure the highest quality of service,
• entering data into monitoring systems,

telephone and electronic handling of technical requests.
