Role Summary

Securitas is now looking for a committed and responsible security guard in a full-time position for our 24-hour service. The working hours are mainly evenings and weekends - perfect for you who thrive when the pace is fast.

The 24-hour service functions as an operative field manager with overall responsibility for personnel and services outside normal office hours. Here, you are the one who ensures that operations flow - regardless of the situation.

Working in 24-hour service provides solid experience in handling pressure and making quick, good decisions. The position requires independence, structure and a calm head - even when things happen quickly.

• Has a strong understanding of quality and safety
• Takes initiative, is solution-oriented and able to see the big picture
• Likes responsibility, and is motivated by creating security for both customers and colleagues
• Tasks include, among other things
• Follow-up by security guards
• Handle the emergency telephone for Trøndelag
• Staffing of additional assignments
• Quality assured service delivery
• Be part of daily management at Onsite Trøndelag

Requirements

• Is responsible, takes initiative, and is always looking for solutions and improvements.
• Is structured, handles several tasks at the same time, and keeps a cool head in stressful situations
• Has a high work ethic, a strong service attitude and wants to contribute to security and order in an exciting work environment
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both oral and written (minimum level B2, Norwegian level)
• Satisfactory behavior
• Driving license class B
• Passed approved security guard training (cf. Act on Security Services)
