Portiermitarbeiter (m/w/d) - Traun und Linz - Teilzeit

Role Summary

• Reception and contact person for visitors, guests and employees
• General reception activities including telephone service and postal administration
• Key management and issuing access cards
• Control of trucks entering and leaving
• Initiation of measures in the event of special incidents
• Documentation of relevant data and incidents

Working hours: Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. part-time employment (30 hours per week).

Requirements

• Legal age (at least 18 years)
• impeccable reputation (no criminal record)
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German
• Knowledge of English or other language skills would be an advantage
• Safe use of the PC (MS Office applications)
• Flexibility and willingness to work at our fixed properties in Linz and Traun
• well-groomed and self-confident appearance
• communicative and friendly personality
• Previous experience as a porter service is an advantage
