Role Summary

As a chief surveillance officer at Securitas, you have an important position in our mobile surveillance team. You are the point of contact for our security guards, certified or aspiring, for all their questions regarding the work. Within the team you ensure that things are arranged; you keep an eye on planning, ensure that materials are in order and are responsible for keeping existing customer instructions and operational data in our customer system up to date.

You are accessible and your fellow security guards can easily find you if you have questions or problems. You also spend a lot of time guiding aspiring security guards, so that they lay a good foundation for their further career in your team. You also conduct job interviews with future colleagues and interact frequently with your fellow chief supervisors and the branch manager. Of course, you also participate in the schedule and carry out the rounds. Because you already have several years of experience in security, this is no problem for you!

Requirements

• You have an MBO 2 Security Guard diploma and several years of experience in mobile surveillance.
• Available 24/7 to work weekend, evening and night shifts.
• An independent attitude, you take initiative and can communicate well with different parties.
• You are in possession of a driving license B and can go to the office on your own
• Living in the Tiel region
