Role Summary

• 📍 Location: Rotterdam
• 💰 €17.37 and €20.70 gross per hour excluding surcharges
• 📅 80 to 144 hours per 4 weeks on contract

Almost everyone goes shopping. Just go into town, shop for a new outfit. How nice is it when you feel at ease and can walk in and out of a store with a safe feeling? As a store security guard, you and the store staff contribute to safety within the entire store. You are the calling card of both Securitas and the customer.

• A selection of the duties of a store security guard:
• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and answering questions
• Together with store staff, ensure a safe shopping environment
• Addressing customers about undesirable behavior, always socially and professionally
• Monitor suppliers and goods upon arrival and departure
• Identify unsafe situations and take immediate action

Requirements

• You are in possession of an MBO diploma Security Guard 2
• You live within a radius of 40 km around Rotterdam
• You recognize yourself in our core values: integrity, vigilance and helpfulness
• You are confident and enjoy a busy working environment;
• You are also available in the evenings (shopping evenings) and weekends;
• You have a driver's license and your own transport
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language

Benefits

• Immediately an employment contract for an indefinite period
• 80 to 144 hours per 4 weeks on contract
• Irregularity surcharges depending on your type of service (in accordance with the PB collective labor agreement: evening 10%, night 20%, weekend 35%, public holidays 50%)
