Securitas Kft. is looking for a receptionist colleague for a fixed period of time in our partner's office building.

• Management of visitors and performance of entry control tasks
• Issuing visitor and guest badges, keeping a login log
• Issuance of temporary entry cards
• Coordinating the booking of conference rooms
• Handling packages and mail
• Expectations
• We look forward to your application if you have the following:
• At least with a secondary education or high school diploma
• With communication level English language skills, both spoken and written
• With user-level knowledge of MS Office programs
• User-level computer use
• With excellent communication and organizational skills
• You do your work independently and precisely
• With a cooperative, customer-oriented, open personality
