Role Summary

As a post supervisor, you are the central point of contact for your team of operators on the work floor. You ensure a smooth, efficient and dynamic course of operational activities within your shift. You will take an active and guiding role in the following domains:

Onboarding & coaching of new team members: you ensure a warm welcome and a good start within the team.

Planning: you ensure follow-up of daily planning, cover illness reports and complete additional requests.

Developing clear procedures and work instructions: you set up efficient processes and check whether they are applied correctly through targeted quality checks.

Training & development: you monitor the training needs of the team and ensure that all mandatory (security) training is completed on time.

Requirements

• You communicate fluently in Dutch/French.
• You are trained as a security guard and have several years of experience in the field.
• You are communicative and have the necessary 'people skills': you can manage a team and convey instructions in a clear manner.
• You are sufficiently assertive and diplomatic. You act correctly where necessary and you can handle every situation in a diplomatic and discreet manner.
• You provide hands-on & flexible support where operationally necessary.
• You are administratively strong & digitally skilled: MS Office holds few secrets for you and you are open to quickly mastering new systems & applications.

Contract: Full-time (37 hours) & indefinite duration

• Premiums: PO Premium / 18% Saturday - 23% Sunday - 22.5% nights - 30% public holidays.
