Role Summary

Requirements

• Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken
• Satisfactory conduct (Cf. Act on Security Services)
• Driving license class B

Passed security guard training will be an advantage in the application process. If you don't already have security training, Securitas can help cover this! To work at Securitas, you must be 18 years of age (cf. Security Act), and our upper age limit is 70.

• As a scaler, no two working days are exactly the same, you will, among other things, work with:
• Mobile and stationary security
• Emergency response and preparedness
• Preventive safety work
• Service and customer contact
• Control rounds and handling of unwanted incidents
• The tasks vary between preventive security work, service and customer contact, inspection rounds, handling of unwanted incidents and presence on assignments where safety is the focus.
• Working hours and shifts will vary depending on the service and assignment. More detailed information about the positions and working time arrangements will be provided during the recruitment process.
• As long as you have the will to learn, we have the uniform and the necessary training!
