Role Summary

What are you going to do?

As an HR Officer within the HR Service Center (HRSC), you are the point of contact for our colleagues and responsible for Securitas' national HR administration. You process changes in employment contracts, answer questions about employment conditions and arrange uniform orders. You are handy with HR systems and enjoy accurate administration.

Your day is dynamic: you handle urgent notifications via Topdesk, process tasks in AFAS Insite and answer incoming telephone calls. You will also participate in various projects, such as tenders that involve many hires or departures. You ensure that the administration runs smoothly.

In short: a versatile role with room for development and impact within a close-knit team.

You also bring

• Availability of 32-40 hours per week (always working on Fridays)
• At least a completed MBO education in HRM or similar
• Experience in an HR function, preferably with administrative processes
• Knowledge of MS Office, and preferably AFAS Profit and/or Topdesk
• Good command of the Dutch language

Requirements

You are precise, independent and like structure. You enjoy working in a team, but you also tackle projects independently. You are a real controller and know your way around HR systems.
