Role Summary

As a Solutions Transition and Implementation Manager you are part of the Solutions Delivery department. You are responsible for the successful implementation of integrated security solutions at strategic customers. These solutions consist of a combination of technology, monitoring, mobile surveillance, man security and additional security services, tailored to the customer's specific risks, threats and business processes.

You are already involved during the sales phase and take control of the implementation process after the order has been placed. You act as a central point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders, validate the developed solution, draw up project plans and ensure a successful transfer to the operational organization. In this role, the emphasis is on management: you bring together commercial, operational and technical disciplines, align interests and ensure that all parties involved work together effectively towards a successful implementation of the agreed solution.

In case of changes in customer wishes or project scope, you analyze the impact on both the customer organization and Securitas. You identify risks, make timely adjustments and ensure that projects are controlled, controlled and successful.

You are also responsible for

• Planning, quality, customer satisfaction and risk management
• Monitoring of financial frameworks
• Realization of contractual agreements, KPIs and SLAs
• Transparent reporting to customers and internal stakeholders

You identify opportunities for improvement in processes, services and collaboration and actively contribute to the further professionalization of Solutions Delivery

Requirements

• Knowledge of and experience with project methods
• At least a completed HBO education and relevant work experience
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex implementation, transition or delivery projects
• Experience with multi-service delivery processes and multidisciplinary implementation processes
• Experience with KPIs, SLAs and contract agreements
• Affinity with the security world and technology
• Good command of the Dutch and English language
• Strong communication skills and the ability to bring different interests together
• Experience with stakeholder management and change processes
