Role Summary

As a Social Relations Trainer, you support learners in the socio-legal landscape of CP 317 as well as in labor legislation in general. You make complex social structures understandable and applicable, and you support future professionals in their role within the security sector.

Our external experts are deployed flexibly; daily, weekly or monthly, depending on the needs and availability of training courses and instructors.

Demonstrable experience within

a personnel department of a security company,

or

as union secretary within CP 317.

Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Ability to explain complex material in a clear, structured and practice-oriented manner.

Our L&D experts support you in your didactic and communication skills with practical advice.

Responsibilities

Your tasks include

• Provide courses on social legislation, consultation structures, union relations and labor relations.
• Share insights regarding HR processes in the surveillance industry.
• Develop and deliver interactive, practice-oriented courses.
• Actively collaborate with Securitas Academy to strengthen quality and teaching.

Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree is an essential requirement.
