Role Summary

We are looking for someone who can stay on top of multiple processes and take action when issues arise. This means that you remain calm in stressful situations and look for solutions to ensure a structured workflow.

Requirements

About your tasks

• Management of the warehouse management system.
• Monitor and control the automated system with troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Ensuring key performance indicators are met and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Taking action when necessary and communicating with logistics management or maintenance department.
• Tracking and reporting metrics.

About you

• You have basic logistics knowledge.
• You have a basic technical understanding and a general IT affinity.
• You have experience in dealing with warehouse management systems and knowledge of MS Office.
• You have good knowledge of German and English.
• Willingness to work shifts.
