Role Summary

CPQuali - Clinical Research Assistant (Psychiatry)

Responsibilities

Activities

• Have in-depth knowledge of CPQuali Clinical Research documents and SOPs;
• Know the ICH GCP and all national and international laws and regulations relevant to the conduct of clinical trials;
• Monitor the activities of research coordinators;
• Feed the spreadsheets relating to patient care and check the data feeding of these same spreadsheets by the interns;
• Assist in accounting for Investigational Products, Comparator Products and Concomitant Medications;
• Monitor the schedules of clinical research participants and report any complications to the coordinator and manager;
• Assist in telephone contact with clinical research participants and report any complications to the coordinator and manager;
• Be responsible for scheduling care, that is, leaving the medical records and applicable study materials separate for the next day's care;
• Check whether all participants who will collect exams have been scheduled and received the appropriate preparation information;
• Check and maintain the organization of each participant's records and teach/guide interns about their organization;
• Plan the next study visits with the coordinator;
• Plan study visit templates together with the coordinator and under his supervision;
• Be organized with documentation, query deadlines and visit dates;
• Have the team’s trust and transparency;

Requirements

• Be studying or have a degree in Biomedicine or a related field
• Knowledge of Clinical Research and routine clinical studies
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP (Good Clinical Practice)
• Knowledge and ability to work with documentation, records and SOPs
• Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets
• Organization and attention to detail
• Good communication
• Proactivity and autonomy to monitor pending issues and anticipate study needs;
• Responsibility and commitment to deadlines and procedures;
• Teamwork
• Confidentiality and ethics in the treatment of participant information;
