GENERALISTA DE RECURSOS HUMANOS at QIMA in Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico.

Role Summary

Provide direct support to QIMA México on two fronts: comprehensive recruitment of open positions, including interviews and communication in English with candidates and leaders; and the administration and regulatory compliance of the Human Resources area in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and the applicable Official Mexican Standards.

Responsibilities

Recruitment (full cycle)

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process from start to finish: publication of vacancies, sourcing, CV filter, interviews and offer management.
  • Conduct interviews (can be given in English level B1-B2) with candidates and internal staff during recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process (incorporation process) and offboarding (exit interviews, administrative withdrawals, management of asset recovery and severance payments).
  • Manage entry documentation.
  • Follow up during the integration period.
  • Prepare and monitor employment contracts.
  • Integrate and keep personnel files updated in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Provide attention and guidance to collaborators.
  • Preparation of internal reports.

Regulations and Compliance

  • Manage and monitor compliance with the Official Mexican HR Standards issued by the STPS, including NOM-035 (psychosocial risk factors).
  • Support for documentation, procedures and audits related to labor compliance.
  • Support with compliance with the Federal Labor Law.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
  • Intermediate/advanced level English (B1/B2) able to communicate conversationally fluently and conduct recruitment interviews in English
  • Certification in artificial intelligence tools applied to HR (desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years in general HR or recruiting roles, ideally in multinational or service companies

Mastery of full-cycle recruitment, knowledge of STPS/NOM regulations (especially NOM-035), management of employment files and contracts, and use of artificial intelligence tools to optimize HR processes (sourcing, screening, documentation).
