Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide, in direct contact with the field, support and advice to the Plant Director and managers in matters of health, safety, environment and working conditions regulations.
• Deploy the O-I strategy on your site and ensure periodic health, safety and environment reporting.
• Be in charge of prevention in the area of safety and the environment, awareness-raising actions for staff on site. You manage the site's CSSCT.
• Manage the site's environmental management system: you are the site's environmental representative and correspondent, particularly with local authorities.
• Be the guarantor of maintaining ISO 14001 certification. You are responsible for the management of chemical products in the EMS sense.
• Manage the achievement of objectives and improvement plans by supporting managers.
• Monitor HSE regulations and working conditions.

Requirements

With higher education in HSE or Engineering, you have at least 8 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial site.

• Expert in hygiene, safety, working conditions, environment, including mastery of environmental regulations (ADR, ICPE, etc.)
• Project leader, your results orientation, proactivity and your analytical and relational qualities will be your main assets for this position
