Role Summary
Mission of the Position: Provide the safety of workers and visitors, as well as the company's assets under strict access control, inspections and patrols that allow risks to be identified and reporting to the corresponding areas.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for carrying out all the activities described in this document, internal procedures, standards of the internal program of the O-I Mexico protection systems, policies and all those applicable to the O-I Mexico protection department.
- Responsible for controlling access and exit of pedestrians and automotive units, verifying that entry or exit is previously authorized and that all personnel entering are fully identified with a badge corresponding to the area they are going to, according to procedure.
Physically verify the automotive units of transporters, suppliers, contractors and workers, guaranteeing safety to prevent the entry of people in an inconvenient state or with drugs, firearms or any other physical or chemical element that may cause risk, danger or damage to workers or the company's facilities.
- Check vehicles, backpacks, bags or packages upon entry and exit of personnel in accordance with procedure.
- Validate that all visitors register in the corresponding log and are issued an identification badge according to the area they visit.
- Report to the shift supervisor and evidence through photographic records all anomalies, incidents or risks that are found in the plant's patrols.
- Receive calls and channel them to the corresponding areas.
- Receive the arriving parcels and deliver to the general warehouse, previously documented in the established formats.
- Update and file in order all documents that are carried out as control of entry and exit of employees according to the list provided by Human Resources, tools, warehouse exits and shipments of cargo, validating that the information in the documents matches the material
Requirements
- Minimum education: Secondary
- Basic Office management
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions
Schedules: Rotating shift 6AM-2 PM /2PM-10PM/ 10PM-6AM. One day of rotating rest per week.
