Role Summary
Are you convinced that quality is not only controlled in the laboratory but is built every day in the field, alongside operational teams?
We are looking for our future Operational Quality Manager, a true production partner and key player in food safety, to support our teams in operational excellence.
At the heart of the factory, you ensure the conformity of our products, the control of our manufacturing processes and the prevention of non-conformities. Your objective: to guarantee our consumers safe and quality products, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our performance.
As Deputy Food Safety, Quality and Safety Manager (RSQSDA), you participate in the operational management of the factory's Food Quality and Safety management system.
Responsibilities
Your main missions
Guarantee quality excellence on a daily basis
- Ensure compliance of products, processes and practices with internal, regulatory and customer requirements.
- Promote the quality and safety of food products as closely as possible to the production teams.
- Identify risks, prevent non-conformities and manage corrective and continuous improvement actions.
Support production operations
- Participate in manufacturing launches and series changes.
- Guarantee product quality throughout the production process.
- Contribute to manufacturing reports and performance optimization.
Drive continuous improvement
- Analyze quality indicators and transform the results into concrete action plans.
- Lead or participate in problem solving and risk management processes.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving the Food Quality and Safety management system.
- Supporting innovation and industrial testing
- Participate in the implementation of product and process tests.
- Support teams in the field during the testing and validation phases.
Be the quality contact for customers
- Contribute to complaints processing and root cause analysis.
- Participate in audits, visits and customer discussions.
- Support the deployment of customer quality requirements on the site.
Develop the quality culture
- Raise awareness, train and support production teams.
- Communicate quality results and share best practices.
- Manage and develop the skills of the quality team under your responsibility.
Guarantee control of non-compliant products
- Manage the processing and monitoring of blocked or non-compliant products.
- Coordinate actions to secure, revalue or destroy the products concerned.
- Contribute to a safe and responsible work environment
- Enforce Safety, Environment and Energy standards.
- Actively participate in improving working conditions and controlling risks.
Requirements
- You are a field quality professional, recognized for your ability to combine high standards, pragmatism and team support. A true production partner, you know how to transform quality and food safety requirements into concrete actions on a daily basis.
- Higher education Bac +4/5 in Quality, Agri-food, Industry or technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the glassmaking, bottling or brewing sectors.
- Good command of Food Quality and Safety management systems.
