OPERATEUR DE PRODUCTION (H/F)

Role Summary

The Béziers factory employs more than 90 employees on permanent contracts, including 65 in production at a 5x8 rate.

We also work with a dedicated team of temporary workers who replace our absent employees.

Our temporary workers benefit from several weeks of theoretical and practical training provided by our internal trainers.

Our temporary workers are hired on permanent contracts when a position becomes available (retirement, resignation, etc.)

The Béziers factory is currently recruiting several profiles to expand its team of temporary workers.

Responsibilities

• -You ensure the proper functioning of all sector installations
• -You are the operational guarantor of the quality of products in your sector
• -You ensure first level maintenance on machines in your sector
• -You propose corrective actions according to established procedures in the event of production deviation
• -You respect and ensure the proper application of all safety, food safety and environmental instructions applicable in the factory

Requirements

• Ideally, you can demonstrate training in mechanics or maintenance.
• Or you can have initial experience in industry.

Benefits

• Our temporary workers only work at OI and stay for 18 months.
• If they have not had the opportunity to be hired within this period of time, they move to a temporary permanent contract.
