Responsibilities

JOB OF ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER AT JYSK

• You are responsible for the sales management of the store, B2B sales and you constantly train the team from different JYSK concepts.
• Goals guide your work: each of us has a clear direction and a desire to exceed expectations.
• You will work closely as the store manager's work partner, and you will also be responsible for front-line responsibilities and tasks.

You act as a good example for the whole team, prioritize and authorize weekly work tasks among the team, support in shift planning, take care of campaign exchanges, informing the team, monitor key figures and take necessary actions, and make sure that the store is always commercial and ready for customers.

• Your weekly tasks also include actively giving feedback to the team, helping them succeed in their work.
• The work requires good basic fitness, but you get the best work tools and the support of the team.
• Versatility - store, warehouse, campaigns...boredom is not part of our vocabulary.
• You are motivated to work as a leader and lead the team to results by your own example.
• Experience and evidence of, for example, the duties of an interviewer are considered to your advantage, but it is not necessary.
• You are sales-minded, and productivity and exceeding goals are important things to you in your work. You also want to sell and succeed every shift.
• You feel training, familiarizing and guiding others as part of your strengths.
• You tolerate incompleteness because there is a lot to do and you can't always finish everything at once.
• You are at your best in a busy and fast-paced environment. You like fast-paced work and surprising tasks in the middle of the shift.
• You are proactive and self-sufficient, and you get energy from teamwork and exceeding your own goals.
• You are flexible both in terms of tasks and working hours and working hours. Work is done variedly in different shifts in the morning, evening and weekends.
