STORE MANAGER JOB AT JYSK

Your varied and busy working days consist of front-line duties, team management and sales.

You are comprehensively and independently responsible for e.g. the sales result of your store, the performance of your team, the implementation of JYSK concepts, the commercial appearance of your store, the quality of customer service, and occupational well-being and safety.

You plan and implement the annual seasonal changes, ensure the realization of the store concept and routines, monitor your store's key figures and react quickly to things that need repair.

You lead your team by example and goal-oriented. Your responsibility includes e.g. recruitments, employment matters, shift planning and developing your team. You are a responsible leader who makes people shine and enjoy their work.

In addition, you are responsible for e.g. expense management in the store, salary budget and inventory management.

The work requires good basic fitness, but you get the best work tools and the support of the team.

Responsibilities

• Experience and evidence of front-line work and leading your own team. Retail experience preferred but not essential.
• You are motivated to make sales results through your team, you want to achieve your own and your store's goals and exceed set expectations.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, competitive and varied work environment. You like fast-paced work and surprising tasks in the middle of the shift.
• You take care of things independently and enjoy the freedom to do things with responsibility, also knowing how to authorize and involve others to work towards the goals.
• Active feedback is also a big part of developing your work and your team.
• You tolerate incompleteness because there is a lot to do and you can't always finish everything at once.
• You know how to recover from failures quickly, and even after that you see new things as interesting opportunities that you can seize with a positive energy of doing.
• You are flexible both in terms of tasks and working hours and working hours. Work is done variedly in different shifts in the morning, evening and weekends.
• You are a colleague who respects others, a trader who produces results and is committed to working towards the agreed matters with a prompt attitude.
