Assistant administratif polyvalent

Role Summary

An entity of the Eurofins Group, the IFEG Laboratory carries out DNA analyzes for the Ministry of Justice.

We are looking for a candidate for an Administrative Assistant position based in NANTES for a permanent contract. Its main tasks are as follows:

• edition of quotes
• organization of sample transport
• common secretarial tasks (telephone reception, physical reception, sending letters, etc.)

Work from Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with alternating schedule each week over two hours: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Proficiency with IT tools (excel/word/outlook) is required.
• Baccalaureate level is desired. A scientific background would be a plus.
• Rigor, confidentiality, dynamism, respect for instructions and operating procedures are required qualities.

Remuneration: depending on profile and experience

• Benefits: Overtime earned during the first 6 months then possibility of being paid from the 6th month, quarterly bonus, restaurant card, Christmas gift voucher, mutual insurance covered by the group, coverage of up to 50% of the public transport subscription.
