Role Summary
Eurofins Biomédical Bretagne brings together 41 medical analysis laboratories in the departments of Finistère, Morbihan and Côtes d'Armor.
As part of a replacement, we are looking for a: Operational Site Manager for our Morlaix / Saint Pol de Léon medical analysis laboratory.
Under the responsibility of the President and the General Director, you will be responsible for the proper functioning and development of the site.
Your main missions
You will supervise around twenty people to ensure the proper functioning of the laboratory and the technical platform, supervise the planning and activity of the teams, guaranteeing the achievement of objectives, in compliance with the rules and procedures relating to quality, hygiene and safety and in compliance with deadlines,
You lead team meetings to ensure upward and downward communication,
You manage and monitor non-compliance and complaints from patients and healthcare establishments, in conjunction with the Medical Biologist in charge of the Unit,
You follow the reporting of your activity with the Division Manager,
You ensure the monitoring of the quality process of your site in connection with the Quality department, the monitoring of staff authorizations, the integration of new hires, medical examinations and training of the entire team,
You ensure the adequacy of resources for the operation of the site (premises, equipment, HR), carry out individual interviews and the development of employee skills in conjunction with the HR department,
You propose, develop and lead projects for the optimization and harmonization of practices (processes, tools, resources, schedules, etc.).
If necessary, you will replace the positions of Secretary or Sampler,
You are a relay for the company for the management of tools: digital mailbox, Doctolib, website, etc.
Requirements
Profile sought
- With a Bac+2, 3 or even master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or equivalent, you ideally come from the world of health and have qualified training allowing you to work as a sampler in a medical biology laboratory (State Registered Nurse or Laboratory Technician).
- You have significant experience in team management.
- Your taste for the field, combined with your excellent interpersonal skills and your analytical skills will be major assets for success in this position.
- You have a current vaccination certificate (including Hepatitis B).
- Salary according to experience.
