Role Summary

Newly integrated into the Eurofins Environnement France network, this laboratory is entering a key phase of structuring and development. In this stimulating context, you will join a human-sized team and take part in the implementation of new methods, new standards and new tools to support its growth.

Your main mission will be to manage the complete integration of a cobot, from defining the need to final validation of the solution. This structuring project aims to introduce robotization into a laboratory undergoing rapid transformation.

Responsibilities

You will therefore be required to

Procurement & preparation

  • Order equipment in conjunction with technical partners.
  • Receive the equipment and check its conformity.
  • Prepare the work environment (infrastructure, security, interfaces).
  • Deployment & integration of the cobot
  • Install and configure the cobot on site.
  • Integrate the solution into the existing production process.
  • Carry out the first cycles of tests and adjustments.

Validation & operational transfer

  • Conduct functional tests and qualification of the solution.
  • Document procedures, operating methods and safety instructions.
  • Train users and support getting started.

Requirements

  • Student in 3rd year or gap year of engineering school specializing in robotics, automation, mechatronics or industrial engineering.
  • Knowledge of integration of automated systems, programming of robots/cobots, mechatronics or control-command.
  • Strong interest in operational environments and field projects.
  • Curiosity, autonomy, practical sense and ability to propose solutions.
  • Appreciation for technical subjects (assembly, adjustments, tests, first level maintenance).
