Role Summary
Newly integrated into the Eurofins Environnement France network, this laboratory is entering a key phase of structuring and development. In this stimulating context, you will join a human-sized team and take part in the implementation of new methods, new standards and new tools to support its growth.
The objective of the internship is to strengthen the operational performance of the laboratory by rethinking the organization of flows and optimizing workstations according to the principles of Lean Management.

Responsibilities
You will therefore be required to
Field diagnosis & flow analysis
- Carry out regular GEMBAs to observe practices, flows and operational irritants.
- Map the current analytical flow (sample preparation, equipment circulation, storage areas).
- Identify waste, friction points and opportunities for improvement.
Animation of 5S in sample preparation areas
- Evaluate the current state of workstations (sorting, storage, cleanliness, standardization).
- Propose a redesign of workstations to improve ergonomics, safety and efficiency.
- Co-facilitate 5S workshops with operational teams.
- Define and implement visual standards (visual management, markings, checklists).
KAIZEN workshop management
- Prepare and lead participatory workshops with the teams.
- Co-build simple, pragmatic solutions adapted to the field.
- Prioritize actions and monitor their implementation.
Requirements
- Student in 2nd year of engineering school specializing in industrial engineering, process engineering or industrial performance.
- Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, KAIZEN, GEMBA, VSM, etc.).
- Comfort in the field, practical sense and ability to work with operational teams.
- Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, curiosity and spirit of initiative.
- Taste for technical environments and optimization issues.
