Experience working in an accredited laboratory.

Knowledge of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard.

Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of the Polish language, spoken and written.
• Higher education, fields: commodity science, food technology and human nutrition, dietetics.
• Experience in a laboratory with sensory analyzes as an Evaluation Team Leader or evaluator.
• Knowledge about the sensory properties of the tested products.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of English.

Carrying out sensory analysis and organoleptic assessments.

Participation in group evaluations of food products.

Implementation of the Results Validity Confirmation Program.

Participation in proficiency testing (PT) and comparative testing (ILC).
