Responsibilities

General objectives of the position

  • Be the internal referent for the training profession and as such: carry out educational monitoring of the profession and raise awareness among network trainers of the techniques of the profession.
  • Collaborate with the resources and skills department to help qualify the recruited trainers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to promote our training activities through targeted communications (social networks, mailings, webinars).
  • Collaborate with the sales department to respond to customer requests by proposing appropriate training programs.
  • Carry out training missions with our clients.
  • Maintain and develop technical skills for the proper execution of their functions and to provide quality services.
  • Actively contribute to maintaining Qualiopi certification by collaborating with the various services.
  • Contribute to the life of the Business Unit's Quality Management System and comply with it when carrying out missions.
  • Contribute to the technical (improvement/diversification of services) and commercial development of the Business Unit's services.
  • Comply with the ethical provisions of the Business Unit and the profession of consultant in terms of behavior (impartiality, objectivity, confidentiality, courtesy, respect for the client, etc.) and strict confidentiality.

Operational load

  • Plan assigned missions based on customer instructions and expectations, and keep your calendar up to date and communicate your mission completion schedule.
  • Manage the logistics linked to the missions entrusted, with a view to optimizing time and costs.
  • Carry out missions in compliance with BU instructions and customer requirements.
  • Produce the associated deliverables within the allotted deadlines established by the BU.
  • Communicate to the back office the information necessary to trigger invoicing (invoicing order, other, etc.).
  • Comply with the established rules for carrying out the services (preparation, planning, logistics, use of the tools entrusted, etc.).
  • Save all data associated with missions and their preparation on the computer servers made available (on the server or via sending to generic addresses).

Technical aspects

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of tools and services, and be a force for proposals in this area
  • Keep yourself regularly informed of technical developments and news in the qualification sectors.
  • Contribute to the development of services by periodically communicating to case managers, business contacts and BU managers the specific technical situations encountered during missions assigned or carried out by network trainers.

Development of the BU

  • Contribute to the Quality Management System.
  • Contribute, when in accordance with the rules of ethics, to the promotion of the BU's offers and report commercial opportunities detected during missions to case managers, business contacts and BU managers.

Requirements

Performance measurement

  • Personal productivity (management capacity, planning, number of annual missions, etc.)
  • Quality of services (measurement of customer satisfaction feedback, N+1 assessment, quality of renderings, etc.)
  • Control of deadlines
  • Participation and contribution to the development of the BU
  • Ability to constantly improve technical qualifications (e.g. extension of areas of expertise, qualifications, etc.)
  • Quality of cooperation with the scheduling department for carrying out missions
  • Contribution to maintaining Qualiopi certification
  • Agro-Food Engineer or equivalent, with experience of more than 5 years in the field of training. Significant experience in leading training modules related to food safety and/or GFSI standards. Mastery of a desired area of expertise.
  • Professional English.
