Role Summary
Within our Dijon agency, you will report to the Agency Manager. After having followed internal theoretical and practical training, your mission will consist of taking water samples (instrumented samples, piezometers, waste water, potability, water for legionella research).
Requirements
- You hold a Bac to Bac+2 level diploma, ideally in the fields of water and the environment (for example: BTS Water Professions, BTS Water Management and Control, BUT Biological Engineering).
- You have initial experience in sampling, and ideally in instrumented sampling, particularly in groundwater and 24-hour assessments.
- B license (service vehicle provided)
- Ability to work outdoors
- Spirit of initiative and ability to adapt
- Sensitivity to security rules

In detail, your missions will consist of
- Travel daily to different customer sites (service vehicle)
- Carry out interventions and sampling operations in accordance with the different operating modes (calibration, quality controls, in situ measurements, etc.)
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction and the good image of Eurofins Hydrologie Est
- Prepare, install equipment and ensure maintenance and upkeep
- Identify and guarantee the traceability of samples (samples) by using the mobile application made available for recording the services performed
- Know the quality system as well as the associated documentation (operating modes, metrology, etc.)
- Respect hygiene and safety instructions within the laboratory and on customer sites
- Communicate daily with your manager
- Ensure a close link with the sales department and provide field information useful for providing quality services
- Participate in the structuring of the sampling service and the optimization of our processes (material management, sampling tours, etc.)
Planning tours and making appointments with customers can also be integrated into missions at a later stage.
