Preparation of exquisite and appealing desserts.

Planning and organizing daily production processes.

Ensuring availability of all required ingredients.

Monitoring the quality of all sweet foods.

Close collaboration with the kitchen team and other pastry chefs

Requirements

• Completed professional training as a pastry chef and several years of professional experience in a similar position
• An exceptional eye for detail, excellent knowledge and a vast knowledge of authentic and classic dishes
• Sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Good knowledge of German and/or English
