Role Summary

• Professional support for our customers and guests at reception
• Contact person for employees, suppliers and messengers
• Maintaining the telephone switchboard
• Checking delivery notes and processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Issuance of work equipment

For full-time: 5-day week with working hours from MON-SUN between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (depending on the respective duty schedule)

Requirements

• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Relevant professional experience as a receptionist or at the reception is an advantage
• Enjoy dealing with people
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
