Role Summary

At DO & CO we are looking for a Manager for our catering. Its main functions would be the following:

Organize the work of the personnel under your charge and their activities.

Supervise kitchen activities and assign tasks.

Monitor workstations, ensuring the correct functioning of kitchen utensils and machines essential for the success of dishes.

Helps cooks and kitchen assistants in preparing dishes, especially during peak work periods.

Supervise that hygiene and food quality standards are respected.

Management of order and cleanliness of the area.

Collaborate in the training of the personnel under your charge.

Requirements

• Training in Kitchen Management, Gastronomy or similar.
• Experience of more than 5 years performing the functions described.
• Teamwork ability.
• Communication skills.
