Assistant(e) administration des ventes - Contrat de 9 à 12 mois

Role Summary

Within the ADV and Logistics team, for the Home Decoration part, we are recruiting for our site based in Neuilly Plaisance (93), a Sales Administration Assistant, in order to support the team for 9 to 12 months as part of a SAP4 HANA project.

Under the responsibility of the ADV and Logistics Manager, you must process orders, files, complaints and customer returns, as well as monitor and assist the sales team.

• As such, your mission revolves around the following axes:
• Processing customer orders
• Entering orders from different sectors of activity
• Confirmation of deadlines and invoicing conditions
• Management of delivery traceability
• Returns and credit management
• Creation and updating of customer files
• Reminder of late payments
• Registration of complaint files and customer returns
• Relations with internal and external services

Manage various projects based on your profile (purchasing, IT).

Requirements

• BTS or DUT sales administration/international trade.
• Knowledge of SAP required (Important for the proper performance of the position).
• Fluency in English or German (B2).
• 1st successful experience as a sales assistant.
• You have a developed team spirit.
