Job details
You will be responsible for project management of the eAxle/motor project for JOEM.
In order to achieve project goals, lead the project team during the project launch, planning and execution phases, and manage the project (schedule, budget, quality)
- Build relationships with customers throughout the project
- Report to management regarding project status
- Technical customer support point for projects
With the mission of ``Leading the transformation of global powertrains from Japan,'' we are engaged in the development of electrification components. Specifically, in order to realize environmentally friendly, comfortable, and powerful electrification, we are developing a wide range of products such as the eAxle, which integrates a motor, inverter, and speed reducer, CharCON, which integrates a DC-DC converter, and an on-board charger, and 48V batteries, in cooperation with countries around the world, including Germany and other European countries, India, and China. Required experience/skills/background
- Work experience in the automotive industry (4+ years)
- Presentation skills & negotiation skills

- Japanese: Native level, English: Business level
Experience/skills/background preferred
- Global development work experience for vehicle parts
- Project manager or project leader experience
- PMP qualification or equivalent experience
