Role Summary
As a Master of Engineering (M. Eng.) in the “Systems Engineering - Electrical Engineering” course, you will support our exciting area of product management. In the dual training system at the Bosch Home Comfort Group, theory and practice are closely linked. Qualified lecturers from the dual university “Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen” in Wetzlar will provide you with theoretical specialist knowledge while you gain practical experience in the company.
You support product and system solutions to achieve climate protection goals, digitalization, electrification and energy transition measures.
You will also work on future topics such as designing a competitive product range, taking into account customer requirements and unique selling points for the different areas of application in heating and ventilation technology.
You will be intensively involved in specialist and project tasks, as well as in operational business. In addition to product management, product marketing, the main tasks include central operational sales support.
A personal mentor will accompany and advise you on your journey.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, engineering or comparable
Experience and know-how: great technical interest
Personality and way of working: you manage to convey complex issues clearly and convincingly; you like to take the initiative and proactively push issues forward; You work independently and in a structured manner, consistently align your actions with customer needs and company goals and analyze issues precisely in order to develop well-founded solutions
