Role Summary

Integrated within our Maintenance Department, your missions will be oriented towards the optimization of our processes and our organization with structuring projects, with a strong dimension of change management and continuous improvement:

Support for the transition: actively participate in the implementation, handling and optimization of the use of a CMMS

Create training materials and best practices, identify and implement new tools to support maintenance teams

Carry out an inventory of the current management of spare parts (storage, supply, monitoring of consumption, internal flows).

Propose and support the implementation of concrete solutions to make the logistics of our PRs more reliable and fluid.

Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement (reduction of dormant stocks, optimization of stock levels, standardization of references, etc.).

Streamlining exchanges: working specifically on improving interactions between the Maintenance department and other departments (Production, Methods, Purchasing, Quality).

Identify organizational solutions and tools to optimize coordination and inter-department collaboration (setting up meetings, shared dashboards, communication protocols, etc.).

Requirements

4th year of engineering school (Bac+4) with a specialization in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Production Organization and Management, or equivalent.

  • Have good interpersonal skills for successful integration into the workshop
  • Rigorous and methodical in analytical work
  • Know how to synthesize a situation and be able to propose new solutions

Have a good understanding of maintenance and continuous improvement issues (knowledge of Lean principles and CMMS).
