Role Summary

Within the component manufacturing unit; bringing together stamping/machining and hammering processes, you will be in charge of the workshop which has around sixty people (permanent and temporary):

Requirements

We are looking for an engineer or technician with experience in production environments, with technical expertise in mechanical engineering.

The skills desired for this position are

• Management and leadership skills,
• Communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between team members and management,
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines,
• Essential knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, SAP or similar business systems),
• Mastery of safety and quality management standards in manufacturing environments,
• Knowledge of stamping, machining and/or hammering processes is a plus

Your missions will consist of

• Manage employees in your sector (e.g. annual interviews, monitoring, training, reframing, etc.),
• Organize your sector in order to meet production needs (e.g. workforce, temporary management, versatility, etc.),
• Define and deploy objectives for your area of activity,
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of your sector: plan, carry out, delegate and organize the requested actions,
• Implement monitoring indicators and improvement actions to achieve objectives based on allocated resources (e.g. safety, quality, cost, deadline, etc.),
• Train and deploy standards among employees and enforce them,
• Be the relay between your colleagues and the managerial line, particularly in terms of communication,

Guarantee the animation of production meetings and initial analyzes in the event of hazards.
