Role Summary

You proactively design company health care by implementing legal requirements, taking part in company inspections and providing significant support to our company integration and integration management.
If you have health restrictions, you will provide empathetic advice to employees and managers in order to pave individual paths back to working life and find tailor-made solutions.
You will drive global health by providing comprehensive vaccination advice and ensuring travel medical support so that our teams can operate healthily and safely around the world.
Together with interdisciplinary teams, you will develop and implement innovative strategies and user-centered solutions for future-oriented health management.
Last but not least, you will establish and maintain valuable networks with internal partners and external experts to ensure optimal occupational health care and advice.
Requirements
- Education: Completed medical degree and at least two years of further training in a clinical subject
- Experience and know-how: Profound emergency medical experience; safe handling of IT systems
Personality and way of working: You like to take on responsibility, show great commitment and always act on your own initiative and proactively. It is easy for you to impress with your high social skills as well as your empathetic and trustworthy demeanor. You communicate very well and always find solution-oriented approaches, even in challenging situations.
Enthusiasm: You have a great interest in participating and further developing our health management concept. You demonstrate willingness and flexibility for changing work requirements and occupational health concerns in our company. You enjoy working with people and collaborating in interdisciplinary teams.
Languages: Very good spoken and written German and English
*According to our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 121,000 for a 40-hour week (based on a full year of employment and fulfillment of the company's eligibility requirements). The specific salary depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, there is a share in the company's success, as well as employer benefits for company pension schemes.
