Role Summary

Purpose

Ensure compliance with Bosch quality standards in the warehouse, verifying that auto parts and spare parts meet the established specifications before their release to the market

Responsibilities

Features

• Carry out visual, dimensional and documentary inspections of the auto parts and spare parts received, verifying their conformity with the technical specifications, plans and quality instructions.
• Manage the product receipt process, recording the results of inspections in SAP and preparing the corresponding reports and records.
• Analyze damaged, returned or non-conforming products, managing containment actions, stock blocking, non-conformity notifications and final disposal of parts when appropriate.
• Monitor and analyze the indicators (KPIs) of the quality process, tracking the results and promoting improvement actions together with the areas involved.
• Coordinate with the logistics operator, the Brazilian Quality team and the LATAM Support team to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Manage and ensure the correct use and maintenance of measurement equipment, as well as updating the instructions and quality procedures defined by the region.
• Analyze technical quality reports and execute or follow up on the actions defined by those responsible for the process to guarantee the conformity of the products.
• Carry out the requalification of products with useful life (Shelf Life), evaluating their condition, updating the expiration information in the WMS system and ensuring compliance with the established criteria

Requirements

• Technical Studies in Mechanics, Production, Electricity, Quality or related areas.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality in product management, knowledge of measuring equipment.
• Basic knowledge in warehouse management.
• Knowledge of metrology and reading/interpreting plans.
• Basic English.
• Intermediate Excel.
• Availability to go in person from Monday to Friday in Lurín, and home office Saturdays (half day)
