Técnico/a o Ingeniero/a de Servicio en Terreno Calderas y Quemadores Industriales at Bosch Group in Providencia, Chile.

Responsibilities

• What will be your challenge?
• You will be responsible for executing technical service activities associated with industrial boilers and thermal systems, ensuring the correct operation and reliability of the installed equipment and providing excellent technical attention to our clients.

Among your main responsibilities will be

• Carry out commissioning of industrial boilers and associated equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and solve mechanical, electrical, combustion and control system failures.
• Provide technical support directly at our clients' facilities.
• Manage warranties and after-sales technical requirements.
• Coordinate solutions with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation of the services performed.
• Train operators and customer maintenance teams.
• Detect needs and opportunities related to spare parts, maintenance, modernization and improvements of equipment.
• Participate in technical training and continuous updating on new technologies.

Requirements

You can be a Technician or Engineer with specialties such as:

• Mechanics.
• Electricity.
• Electromechanical.
• Automation.
• Industrial Maintenance.
• Industrial Engineering or related careers.
• The most important thing will be to have technical experience working with industrial equipment in the field.

We are looking for experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Industrial boilers.
• Industrial burners.
• Steam generation systems.
• Industrial hot water systems.
• Combustion systems.
• Thermal equipment or similar industrial equipment.
• Electricity, instrumentation, automation and/or control systems associated with industrial equipment.
• Maintenance and diagnosis of faults in the field.
• Ideally, we expect at least 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial equipment servicing, maintenance, or commissioning.

For this role it is important

• Availability to make frequent trips throughout Chile.
• Interest and willingness to develop a role mainly in the field and directly with clients.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work autonomously and resolve technical problems in the field.
• Customer orientation and service vocation.
• Technical analysis and diagnosis capacity.
• Good communication and relationship skills.
• English desirable, especially to participate in technical training and interact with international teams.
