HSE-samordnare

Role Summary

As an HSE coordinator, you will be a key person in our business and an important driving force in our work within health, safety and the environment. You work closely with managers, employees and safety representatives to continue developing our safety culture. In the role, you will have the opportunity to combine strategic development work with presence outside the business. We have built a strong foundation with a proactive way of working where risk assessments, risk observations and preventive measures are a natural part of everyday life

You become part of a committed team and get the opportunity to influence both working methods and culture in a business with high ambitions within HSE. In the role, you act as an advisor, coach and specialist and support the business in HSE matters while driving initiatives that contribute to a safer, more sustainable and successful business.

We are looking for you who have

• Post-secondary education in, for example, work environment, environment or another field that the employer deems equivalent
• Good knowledge of work environment, safety and environmental issues
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, in speech and writing

We see it as particularly meritorious if you have experience in systematic work environment work, environmental work or other practical HSE work.

• Ensure compliance, follow-up and learning in the HSE area.
• Integrate health, safety, environment and sustainability in the business's projects, processes and development.
• You will have the opportunity to shape your role and areas of responsibility, depending on previous experiences, knowledge and interests.

Hägglunds is part of Bosch Rexroth and has over 50 years of experience in the development and manufacture of hydraulic drive systems for demanding industrial applications worldwide.
