Role Summary

• Management of sample orders, especially for ultrasonic parking sensors in close collaboration with clients and internal departments
• Production planning and arrangement of required components
• Weekly creation of the production plan with the help of MS Excel and transmission to authorized/involved people and departments
• Supervision of the production of USS4 samples and coordination/communication with responsible colleagues to solve production challenges
• Material stock management with SAP R/3 and Excel databases
• Additional SAP tasks: Parts list analysis, order control
• Frequent participation in WebEX conference calls and meetings
• Assistance in testing new product specifications and autonomous execution of the necessary material tests
• Management of specific SW for automatic visual control of parts before delivery
• Control of final test results verified against customer specifications
• Identification and storage of line tools

Requirements

• Studies in Industrial Engineering of mechanics or organization or similar
• Enrollment at the university until at least 2026
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Languages: Spanish, English, German
• Responsibility and team spirit

Benefits

• Duration: 6 months
• Monthly scholarship: €800 gross / month
• 40 hours per week
• Day: full: 08:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., 1 hour for lunch
