Role Summary

Update the shipping tracking table daily.

Control and monitoring of shipments of spare parts to clients.

Management of shipping invoices, contact with department. of controlling.

Creation of delivery notes for shipments inside and outside the EU.

Review of stock parameters and material inventory control in SAP.

Request for package collection by TNT, UPS and DHL.

Sending contributions to machining workshops.

Pursuit of shipments and management of incidents with transport companies.

Updating process and procedure manuals to improve logistics functions.

Contract maintenance. Creation, modification and monitoring of contracts.

Documentation of labor suppliers (material supply and factory entry (TC's, Occupational Risk Prevention, etc.). Checking the Egesdoc portal and updating the access list to the CGN center.

Sort order and shipment file.

Requirements

Medium-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP (desirable).

Previous experience valuable

• Bachelor's or Master's student in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or similar.
• Languages: native Spanish and English B2-C1.
• Extroverted, proactive, orderly, responsible, flexible character.
• University enrollment

Benefits

• Duration: 6 months with full time
• Remuneration: €800 gross per month
