Role Summary

Responsible for implementing, coordinating and ensuring the execution of the local Safety and Security strategy, with a specialized focus on supply chain protection, loss prevention, risk management and compliance with CTPAT/OAS certification standards.

Acts as the main integrator between site operations, support areas and logistics processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, central directives, security procedures and applicable customs requirements. Likewise, he leads the organization and monitoring of the Security Committees, promoting the continuous improvement of the site's Security Concept and strengthening the resilience of the supply chain against internal and external risks.

This position combines the operational execution of a Security Coordinator with a local tactical and strategic vision that allows anticipating risks, developing preventive controls and ensuring sustained compliance with certification programs.

Coordinate the comprehensive physical security operation of the site by supervising the guard service, access controls, property protection and incident response.

Ensure compliance with the requirements of the CTPAT, OAS programs and other applicable certifications, managing evidence, audits, action plans and improvement programs.

Conduct physical security, logistics and supply chain risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and defining mitigation actions.

Manage electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Alarms and monitoring), guaranteeing their availability and operational effectiveness.

Organize, facilitate and monitor the site's Safety Committees, promoting the participation of all areas involved.

Provide specialized advice to the areas of Logistics, Warehouses, Import/Export, Manufacturing, HR and Purchasing on security and protection requirements of the supply chain.

Update and strengthen the site's Security Concept considering emerging risks, operational changes, new threats and corporate guidelines.

Requirements

Schooling

• Bachelor's degree in Security, Criminology, Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5 years or more in Asset Security, Corporate Security or Supply Chain Security.
• Verifiable experience in CTPAT/OAS programs.
• Audit and certification management.
• Administration of electronic security systems.
• Risk management and loss prevention.
