Role Summary

As a market and product expert, you provide the decisive impulses for new products for the electrification of heating and process heat.

You act as an interface between marketing, sales, materials management, production and development and take over the management of sub-projects. You will focus on the needs of our customers.

You also derive product requirements and define the product strategy.

You prepare sales initiatives and support pilot projects with selected customers to ensure the success of our products.

You will create in-depth market and competition analyses, act as a technology scout and be responsible for the current and future product portfolio in the field of electrification.

Requirements

• Education: Completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience and know-how: several years of professional experience in the field of medium-voltage networks; in-depth knowledge of the regulations and standards in this area; Experience in coordination with network operators and with operators of electrical consumers in the megawatt range
• Personality and way of working: you are a customer-, goal- and result-oriented team player with a convincing character; You find it easy to understand connections and proceed in a structured manner
• Enthusiasm: you enjoy occasional travel as well as communicating in an international environment and in cross-functional teams
• Languages: very good spoken and written German and English
