•Support in the selection processes of students in internships and junior profiles.

•Publication and updating of internship offers in universities, business schools and employment platforms.

•Curriculum review and screening of candidates.

•Contact with candidates and conduct initial interviews.

•Coordination and monitoring of interviews with those responsible for the different departments.

•Management of the necessary documentation for the incorporation of intern students.

•Contact and coordination with universities and educational centers for the management of educational cooperation agreements.

•Support in the process of incorporating and welcoming new students.

•Updating databases, files and indicators related to selection.

•Collaboration in training activities, internal communication, development, diversity and inclusion and other projects of the Human Resources department.

•Support in administrative tasks of the area.

Requirements

• •Business Administration, Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law, Psychology, etc.,
• •B2 English.
• •Good knowledge of MS Office.
• •Detail-oriented and organized person with a desire to work.
• •Good communication skills
