Role Summary

As a Production Employee in our conditioning zone, you help start our production process. In the Condizone, parts are treated to improve the quality of our end products and to guarantee a long lifespan. Using work instructions, you ensure that parts meet the prescribed specifications and functionality requirements.

We are looking for a motivated production employee with technical affinity, who can solve minor technical malfunctions and has the necessary personal skills to act as a backup to the group manager.

Responsibilities

• You fill washing baskets with parts according to the applicable regulations.
• You select the parts that have priority in production.
• You measure concentrations according to the prescribed instructions and adjust them if necessary.
• You solve minor technical problems independently.
• You keep machines and the working environment clean and orderly.
• You perform simple administrative tasks on the PC.
• You recognize abnormalities such as rust, limescale or wet parts and report them if necessary.
• You sort waste and take it to the warehouse.
• You package and label parts, packaging materials and finished products.
• You follow the established safety guidelines and procedures and thus contribute to a safe working environment.
• You make proposals to further improve processes.
• You act as a backup to the group leader during absences.

Requirements

• You are handy and have technical insight.
• You work accurately, disciplined and can work independently as well as in a team.
• You can work with an electric stacker or are willing to learn how to do so.
• You have basic skills in using a PC and smartphone.
• You have a healthy dose of common sense and a sense of responsibility.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch.
