Role Summary

Support in the planning of post-sales activities with our service customers (Customer questions, Upsell, problem solving, satisfaction surveys and analysis of the services provided);

• Assist with data analysis to support retention/churn and NPS with VDO tools;
• Interface with operations, engineering and billing teams for customer support;
• Monitor implementations with customers (API and Webhook) and digital solutions;
• Assist the team in supporting authorized VDO networks to analyze products and labels; and

Support in planning and monitoring cost reduction actions for service providers.

Requirements

• Higher education studying Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development or Computer Engineering;
• Basic English;
• Intermediate Office Package; and

Power BI Intermediate.
