• Entendimento conceitual de: Relógios de ponto, Sistemas de controle de acesso (catracas) e Integrações simples entre sistemas;

Capacidade de analisar problemas técnicos e traduzir para o negócio/RH.

• Qualificações
• Cursando Administração, Recursos Humanos ou cursos correlatos;
• Inglês básico;
• Pacote Office intermediário/avançado;
• Conhecimento ou interesse em VBA / Macros;
• Capacidade de criar e acompanhar KPIs e dashboards;
• Noção de banco de dados ou lógica de programação;

Familiaridade com Power BI.

This role sits within the APAC Compliance team, responsible for the implementation and day-to-day management of compliance programs across China. The team covers four key pillars: Business Ethics, Anti-trust, Anti-Money Laundering, and Data Compliance. The role works closely with other APAC market/country/regional teams and the Central Compliance function at headquarters, supporting the effective execution of the Group’s China Empowerment strategy.
