In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of SMT equipment to produce high quality electronic components for the automotive industry.

operation and supervision of SMT equipment;

Setting up and resetting SMT production lines;

Maintaining a clean work environment.

• Expectations
• Primary education; technical degree in electronics or related field preferred;
• Previous experience in SMT operations or electronics manufacturing;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment;
• Commitment to a shift work schedule (12-hour working hours, day and night work, approximately 15 working days per month);

Basic computer skills.

Working in 4 shifts, according to the following schedule

A 2-day day shift is followed by 2 days of rest, then again 2 days of daytime work and 2 days of rest. After that, 2 days of night shift, 2 rest days, then another 2 days of night shift and 2 rest days.

Schedule of shifts

Day shift: 5:40 a.m. to 5:50 p.m

Night Shift: 5:40pm - 5:50am

This role sits within the APAC Compliance team, responsible for the implementation and day-to-day management of compliance programs across China. The team covers four key pillars: Business Ethics, Anti-trust, Anti-Money Laundering, and Data Compliance. The role works closely with other APAC market/country/regional teams and the Central Compliance function at headquarters, supporting the effective execution of the Group’s China Empowerment strategy.
